The rules for using Tapet, in plain language.

These terms are an agreement between you and SharpRegion ("we", "us"), PO Box 23655, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33307, United States, covering the Tapet apps and the tapet.app website. By installing or using Tapet, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use Tapet.
Anyone can use Tapet to create wallpapers. Creating an account is what carries an age requirement, because signing in shares your email address and name with us: accounts are for ages 13 and up, or older where local law sets a higher age. If you are under 18, use Tapet with your parent's or guardian's permission, and buy something only with their approval. If you use Tapet on an account managed by someone else, such as a family organizer, that person is responsible for purchases made on it.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tapet on devices you own or control, for as long as you follow these terms. The app itself, its patterns, its code, its design and the Tapet name remain ours. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or try to extract the source of the app, except where the law says you may.
Wallpapers are generated on your device. You may keep, save, print, and share the wallpapers you create with Tapet, including for commercial purposes, and we claim no ownership over them. You may not present Tapet's patterns themselves as your own creation or build a competing wallpaper generator from them. If you create a palette from your own photo, that photo remains yours and stays on your device.
An account is optional and is created by signing in with Google or Apple. Keep control of the account you sign in with, because anyone with access to it can reach your Tapet data. You can delete your account at any time from your profile in the app, which also deletes the data synced to it. We may suspend or end an account that is used to abuse the service or to break these terms.
Tapet is free to use, with optional one-time purchases, subscriptions, and donations. All payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their terms, and your purchase is tied to your store account rather than to a Tapet account. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the store, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices may change, and a change to a subscription price is handled by the store, which will ask you to confirm it. Refunds are granted by Google or Apple under their policies, not by us, though you are welcome to write to us and we will help where we can. Donations are voluntary, buy no features, and are not refundable by us. If a purchase does not unlock, use Restore Purchase in the app, and email us if that does not resolve it.
Do not use Tapet to break the law, do not interfere with or overload our services, do not try to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours, and do not tamper with the purchase or entitlement checks. If you point Tapet at your own photos, make sure you have the right to use them.
We improve Tapet continuously, which means patterns, effects and features can be added, changed or removed, and some features are offered as tests to a portion of users. We try to avoid removing things people rely on, but we cannot promise that any particular feature will always exist. Cloud sync depends on our providers and may occasionally be unavailable.
Tapet works with services we do not control, including Google Play, the Apple App Store, Google and Apple sign-in, and our hosting and analytics providers. Their terms apply to the parts they provide. Our Privacy Policy explains what data goes where.
Tapet is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that generated wallpapers will suit any particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for lost data, or for lost profits arising from your use of Tapet. Our total liability for any claim relating to Tapet is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty five US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts of Broward County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
We may update these terms, and we will change the date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Tapet after a change means you accept the updated terms.
